Who we are
VEXORA (“we”, “us”) builds and runs AI agents for Australian businesses. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us at hello@vexorahq.com.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this website we collect what you type in: your name, business name, email, phone number, trade, the package you are interested in, the best time to call and your message. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers we use to run our business, such as our web and email host, and only as needed to provide that service. Some providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
Client data
When we set up AI agents for a client, those agents run on the client’s own accounts. The client is responsible for their customers’ information, and we handle it only to set up, monitor and support their agents, under our service agreement.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Enquiries are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@vexorahq.com.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email us first and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
